National Representation and Team History
In September 2021, Geo Super reported that Pakistan’s four-member team had travelled to Belgium for the World Championships. Khalil was identified as one of the two male cyclists on the squad, alongside Ali Ilyas Jawaid.
A separate Associated Press of Pakistan report published in June 2024 listed Amjad Khalil among eight Pakistani cyclists selected for a competition in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The roster also included Ali Ilyas, Abdul Wahab, Muhammad Ismail Anwar and other national cyclists.
Although the names are reversed, further confirmation is needed before attributing the 2024 appearance to Khalil Amjad. Until that identity match is established, the 2021 World Championships should remain the principal verified achievement on this profile.
Cycling Discipline and Competitive Experience
The individual time trial requires sustained effort, pacing, aerodynamic positioning and the ability to maintain speed over a fixed distance. Khalil’s participation in the elite men’s event demonstrates that he competed in this specialised format at an international championship.
